• special resolution; or
• by means provided for in the company’s articles of association.

• Check your proposed company name is available via our company name search tool.
• Seek agreement from the majority of the company directors; so from the sole director if only 1, by both if there are 2, or by the majority if there are more than 2. 
• Make sure you have your company authentication code; if you formed your company through another formation agent they should able to give this to you.
